-Run for 5 minutes straight.-Leg Press 40lbs.
-Try a Yoga Class.
-Try another work out class.
-Exercise 20/30 days.
-Get plank time to 1 min.
Well, clearly fucked up this month. Im putting it down to exams.
Getting motivated with my girls and hitting the gym again the next few weeks.
Restarting yet again.


I totally love the fitblr community and all, but gosh darn it if I want to actually watch The Biggest Loser to find out who wins.

It makes us girls (at least me) feel pretty awesome when you talk to us about fitness, eating right, and how you’ve noticed we’re getting stronger. Girls easily feel out of the loop when in the weight room, so please stop flirting and staring at our tits/ass and treat us like an equal. Because a lot of us are working just as hard as you are and are just as good of a resource for tips as the guys.
